Expert Post Surgery Physical Therapy in Delafield, WI
Most post-surgical rehab follows a generic timeline. At Kinetic Sports Medicine and Performance, your recovery is built around you — your surgery, your goals, and the sport or life you're fighting to get back to. No assistants. No cookie-cutter protocols. Just one-on-one care from a Doctor of PT, start to finish.

Generic PT Is Holding Your Recovery Back
Most clinics put you through the same routine regardless of your surgery, your sport, or your goals. That's not recovery — that's a revolving door.
Rushed Timelines, Real Consequences
Insurance-driven session limits force clinics to discharge you before you're truly ready — leaving you vulnerable to reinjury the moment you return to activity.
One-Size-Fits-All Protocols
Cookie-cutter programs ignore the demands of your specific surgery, sport, and body. When the plan doesn't fit you, progress stalls — and frustration sets in.
No Objective Measure of 'Ready'
Too many patients are cleared based on calendar weeks, not clinical data. Without objective return-to-sport testing, you never really know if your body is prepared.

Why Choose Kinetic for Post Surgery PT in Delafield
At Kinetic, post surgery physical therapy means personalized, data-driven recovery with the same Doctor of PT by your side every session — no handoffs, no assistants. We combine advanced diagnostics like force plate testing and functional movement assessments with hands-on manual therapy to build a plan that matches the real demands of your recovery.
100% one-on-one care with your Doctor of PT for every session — no aides, no exceptions
Objective return-to-sport testing using force plates and functional movement screens so you're cleared by data, not a calendar
Cash-based, transparent pricing with no insurance-driven time limits and no referral required in Wisconsin

Experiencing the difference that great AT's and PT's can make in an athlete's and team's performance was inspirational for her. Sports medicine is the perfect marriage between science, medicine and her natural competitive drive.
Lauren started her professional career as an Athletic Trainer at the University of Louisville caring for the Men's & Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Teams. While at Louisville, she worked with both national and world class caliber athletes.
Lauren followed her passion for Division I Athletics back home and continued her career as an Athletic Trainer at Marquette University. During her time there, she served as the Athletic Trainer for Men's Soccer, and Men's & Women's Tennis. During her tenure at Marquette, Lauren cared for teams who won multiple Big East Regular Season and Tournament Championships, as well as two NCAA births with Men's Soccer, including one Sweet 16 appearance.
During her 10 years working in Division I Athletics, Lauren has observed and participated in high quality rehabilitation programs to enhance her athletes' performance. These experiences inspired Lauren to expand her clinical knowledge and complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy so she could design as well as implement programs like these. Lauren's primary goal is to provide an "elite athlete" level of care to all types of athletes— whether elite or recreational. Lauren also believes in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. She partners with doctors, coaches, and strength and conditioning coaches to create a well rounded rehabilitation program so her athletes return to sport well conditioned, strong, and prepared for the demands ahead of them.
